Surrey Highways Service recommends DPD depot-plans be rejected

Delighted our joint campaign to stop the planned DPD super depot at the Moorhouse Tiles site has taken a huge step forward with the Surrey Highways Service recommending that the depot plans be rejected.

This is a result of the excellent, hard work put in by SORE, Councillor Nick Skellett CBE and others who have passionately argued that the A25 is not able to adequately deal with more traffic.

The final decision is coming to the Council vote soon. It is important that Councillors on the Planning Committee properly consider the impartial view of the Highways Service.
